The whole skeleton, head to toe

Your body, connected

Look how it all links up: your foot bones (Lesson 1) spring off the ground, your calf (3) launches you, your femur (7) carries the load, your spine (13) springs the shocks, your rib cage (14) guards the engine, and your nerves (38, 39) run the whole show while your fascia (34) ties it together. You are one amazing machine.

The final check-in

Try this gentle full-body observation (not a test!): stand and slowly roll from heel to toe and back, feeling your foot zones (4). Bend your knees and feel your quads and hamstrings working as partners. Touch your nose with your eyes closed (45!) and feel your inner GPS. That's your whole curriculum — living in you right now.

Mr. Bones says: I'm a fictional skeleton, not a doctor! This is for learning and fun. If anything hurts, stop and tell a grown-up you trust.
