Your Foot Fitness Routine

1

Gorilla Grip

Place a small towel on the floor. Use your toes to scrunch it up, then spread it back out. This strengthens your toe muscles and the plantar fascia.

0
/ 10 scrunches
2

Rocket Launch

Stand tall and rise up onto your tiptoes, lifting your heels as high as you can. Hold for a second, then lower slowly. This powers up your calf and Achilles tendon.

0
/ 10 raises
3

Joystick Swivel

Lift one foot off the ground and slowly circle your ankle clockwise, then counter-clockwise. Keep the movements smooth and controlled, like a joystick.

0
/ 5 circles each way

⚠️ Stop if you feel pain. Move gently. This is a check-in, not a test.
